Because we keep our overheads down by having no official “showroom” we are able to source only the highest quality used Bang and Olufsen equipment and still sell it for the very best prices on-line.

All of our products go through a high standard of inspection, cleaning and testing to ensure our customers receive their equipment in a condition as close to new as possible.   • Step 1 where we will listen to you and your requirements and advise you on your system set-ups.
  • Step 2 of your buying experience where you will see that your product is photographed from all angles in our studio with any imperfections clearly illustrated, to make sure that what you see is exactly what you get.
  • Step 3 where your fully inspected, tested and cleaned product is packaged carefully in original moulded Bang and Olufsen boxes.
  • Step 4 where it is sent fully insured and tracked with carefully selected and trustworthy couriers.
  • Step 5 where we are available again to advise on any set-up/programming issues that you have and guarantee that if you are not absolutely 100% satisfied with your purchase that you can return it to us within 14 days.
  • Step 6 where because we are working with premium products, we offer a 1 year warranty on nearly all products.

We have a secure online WorldPay payment system, where payments can be made with most major credit/debit cards. 

We also take Amazon Payments if you are already an Amazon Customer. This is the fastest, easiest and safest way to pay online and on mobile using the information already stored in your Amazon account to login and pay conveniently. 

For World Wide customers we usually take Bank Transfers – please get in touch for full details.
