If you are having problems with playing CDs on your B&O system; CDs jumping/just spinning/stopping it could mean the that the laser eye is scratched or burnt or is simply just too old. What does this service include?

This price is based on replacement of one CDM laser eye, if you require any more units to be repaired please get in touch. You can send in the CD mechanism on its own or you can send the system as a whole. For this we do strongly recommend that you transport your system in it’s original box (which can be bought on our site if you don’t have it) and send it fully tracked and insured with a reputable courier. The price includes return shipping to you fully tracked and insured.
