Here at sound-affair we believe the quality of our service is the prime motivator for customers returning time after time. As part of that service we aim to provide a 12 month guarantee to reassure customers of our belief in our products. With our high quality control and the fact that Bang & Olufsen products are known for their high standard of build quality we can give some of the longest guarantees available for used products.

All of the products at Sound-Affair go through a stringent bench test inspection prior to being sold. They then go to our studio to be photographed from all angles, so you the customer can see the actual product (these are not duplicated photos but original photographs of the product you wish to purchase) prior to taking delivery. You can see the warranty offered in the listing of that product. If something unforeseen does occur within the warranty period, it is covered by our no-quibble guarantee, for parts & labour on most electrical, structural or mechanical problems. We have total confidence in our service, so you can have total confidence in us.
